LiveFrame is a digital photo frame app that makes it fun and easy to view photos from all of your friends and family in one place!

LiveFrame was created by mobile software development company Attibo (herein referred to as “LiveFrame”, “we”, “our”).


Our Privacy Policy explains how we and any companies that we work with collect, use, share, and protect any personal information that may be collected in the process of providing our mobile services, website, or any other services provided in connection with LiveFrame.

  • By using our services you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to view photos that you and your contacts upload on any supported social networks or photo sharing sites.
  • By downloading and using LiveFrame you accept and are bound to this policy and you warrant that anyone who uses LiveFrame through your device(s) will also comply with this policy.


Information you provide:

LiveFrame does not require you to create an account therefore you are not required to provide any information in order to use the service. However, you may opt to sign up for our Mailing List to receive updates (including those pertaining to this privacy policy) and communications regarding our services.

If you do provide us with contact information by signing up for our Mailing List, we will only use this information to communicate with you about our services. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute your contact information to third parties.


Cookies are collected in order to log in to accounts on social networks and photo sharing sites. We delete all cookies after a user logs into these accounts.

User Data:

LiveFrame collects user data such as usernames (which may be your real name), and profile pictures (from your social network accounts). This data is stored locally on your device and is not collected centrally by LiveFrame for processing or analysing.

User Data Deletion:

All user data for all social media accounts can be deleted from LiveFrame by deleting the LiveFrame app from your device. Data associated with a single social media account within LiveFrame can be deleted by deleting the corresponding social media account from LiveFrame. LiveFrame does not store photo images or photo metadata our servers. LiveFrame stores the information required to retrieve your photos only on your device. Liveframe may cache images temporarily on the device while the app is in use.

LiveFrame does not allow you to upload content directly. Photos are uploaded to and hosted by third party services, and are therefore subject to the privacy and terms policies of the site(s) to which they were originally uploaded.

If your existing profiles are available to the public, other LiveFrame users that you are not connected with may search for your user profile and view your photos. (e.g. This is true of public photos and profiles on Flickr and Instagram).

Data Storage:

We do not intentionally collect or store any personal data within the company on our data servers. This means that we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal data that we may have access to through the third party platforms that we access. (Unless you sign up for our Mailing List.)

All data retrieved from your social networks and photos sharing accounts is stored only locally on the device on which you are running LiveFrame and can be deleted by deleting the app from your device.


We do analyze usage through Apple, Facebook, Flickr, Google Photos, Dropbox and Instagram analytics, but we do not receive personal user information from those third party sources.

We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. We collect and use this analytics information so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user.


We may use your information to:

  • provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing
  • provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our service
  • develop and test new products and features
  • monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns
  • diagnose or fix technology problems
  • automatically update the LiveFrame application on your device


We may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files and device identifiers, with third-party organizations (“Service Providers”) that help us provide the service to you. Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.

We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.


We use a third party provider for hosting advertising. The provider may collect information to provide relevant advertising content. This data collection is only applicable to users that wish to use the application for free. The advertisements and third party data collection can be removed via in-app purchase. While we make every reasonable effort to protect any data that we have access to, we cannot guarantee the safety of information that you have provided on the internet. If your personal data is lost, stolen, accessed by unauthorized third parties, or used unlawfully in any other way, we do not accept liability for any damage caused to you.


If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of LiveFrame or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), any information collected through the service may be among the items sold or transferred. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.


LiveFrame may need to modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. You will find the latest version of our privacy policy on the Website ( If you have signed up for our Mailing List we will try to inform you about any changes to the policy, but we are not obligated to do so. Your continued use of LiveFrame or any associated services after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
